By email– Please send us an email including imagery and codes for the items you wish to hire. We will then get back to you with details of the costs and availability of the items.

In person – You can place your hire with a member of the team when you visit the gallery, we can immediately give you prices and the availability of any items that you are interested in.

Over the phone – Make a note of the stock code for the item you’re interested in and give us a call.

We offer a standard 3 day hire, we then allocate weekly block bookings.

Do you offer ONE DAY OR extended hires?

You may hire as little or as much as you need, there is no minimum hire fee.

What is the minimum hire fee?

To confirm the order after you have been sent a quote, we require a Purchase Order. Sent on official company paper that clearly states your companies contact details, the dates of the hire, a list of the pieces you have selected, and the price agreed.

HOW TO CONFIRM THE ORDER

How can I pay for the goods I am hiring?

You will be required to pay for the hire of the goods before they can be dispatched. We accept most major debit or credit cards without charge, and bank transfers. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Amex. Please note funds must have cleared in our account before items can be released.

We are unable to offer delivery and collection at this time, however we can recommend trusted shoot couriers with whom we have good relationships with. We require that the goods are fully insured whilst in transit and may ask you to send us your couriers insurance details, depending on the hire items.

Do you deliver or collect goods?

It is the responsibility of the contact and company named on the hire agreement - to insure that all of the goods are insured from the time they leave our showroom to the time they are returned, including whilst in transit.

You will need to make sure that the goods are insured for the full replacement value of each item, this will be detailed on our quote.

What Insurance should I get?

Extension of the hire is dependent upon whether the piece(s) has been booked out after your agreement ends. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate if such an extension will be possible. You will be charged for this extension period.

Is it posSIble to keep the pieces for longer than planned?

No alterations are permitted without our written consent. If you wish to make changes, please contact us and we will confirm if this is allowed or not. If any changes are made without our consent, you will be charged for the cost to restore the item to its original state or for a replacement.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ARTWORKS?

Please contact us as soon as any damage has occurred with detailed photos. Once the item is back with us, we will assess the damage and contact you regarding the cost. We will charge you for the repair of the item and also for any depreciation in value if necessary. However, if the item is beyond repair, you will be charged for its replacement. Please keep hold of and return all the parts/pieces to us from the item as this can help us to repair the piece and reduce any costs incurred.

A PIece I hired has been damaged, what is the protocol?

If an art work has somehow been lost or stolen, you will be charged for the cost of replacing the item. The values of all items are listed on our quote and invoice. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of this loss, should the item(s) be found at a later stage, please return them and you will be refunded.
